1. Scope

These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all online reservations made through our website www.bnbczech.cz.

By completing a reservation or submitting payment, you enter into a legally binding contract with BnB CZ s.r.o. (“BnB CZ”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from BnB CZ.

Payment terms (deposit or full amount) are clearly stated during the booking process.

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

By clicking the button “Book now – obligation to pay”, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract and agree to the terms stated herein.

All prices are quoted in Czech crowns (CZK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and modifications must be made according to the cancellation policy displayed during the booking process.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the same payment method used for the original booking.

In accordance with Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, the consumer’s right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are required to:

provide accurate personal and booking information,

respect the property, house rules, and neighbours,

report any damages immediately and cover repair costs in case of intentional or negligent damage,

comply with local laws and safety regulations during their stay.

BnB CZ reserves the right to cancel a booking or request guests to vacate the property in the event of serious violation of house rules or illegal activity.

5. Liability

BnB CZ is not liable for:

loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests,

interruptions or limitations caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, power outages, strikes, government restrictions),

damages resulting from guest negligence or misuse of the property.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the booking.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding your booking or stay, please contact us first at info@bnbczech.cz. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and promptly.

If an agreement cannot be reached, you may contact the Czech authority for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution:

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prague, Czech Republic.

8. Amendments

BnB CZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The most recent version will always be published on our website.
