Positive: Отличное место! Всё рядом или в пешей доступности
Negative: У квартиры нет ни номера, ни опознавательного знака. Пришлось проверить все. Парковка далековато. В душевой слив не справляется, поэтому вода может попасть на пол.
Был сломан комод. Я починил, как смог. Но это могли бы сделать и без меня :)
