Positive: veľmi dobrá lokalita, pešo až do centra. Pekné prostredie.

The location of unit and size was good, but the inaccurate listing info.- no real AC and not 2-bed. Positive: The location is excellent and provides easy access to both the Metro and tram systems. The building also has an elevator, which was particularly helpful for travellers with luggage. The host provided a good selection of amenities, including an espresso machine, a washer-dryer combo, and a well-equipped kitchen with plates, cups, and other essential supplies. Unfortunately, the espresso machine displayed an error message during our stay, but hopefully this can be resolved for future guests. Overall, the unit offers several convenient features and is situated in a great location, which made getting around the city easy and enjoyable. Negative: This unit was advertised as air-conditioned; however, it only had one portable air conditioning unit and one dehumidifier provided, and neither was vented to the exterior. Although nighttime temperatures were not particularly high during our stay, the unit became quite warm when the windows were closed, and the noise from the portable AC units was noticeable. Had we known this in advance, we likely would NOT have booked this property. The listing also describes the unit as a two-bedroom apartment, which is not entirely accurate. While the unit itself is a decent size, the second "bedroom" is actually a sofa bed located in the living room. Another issue was the bathroom shower, which my children frequently complained about. The shower head is mounted unusually low, presumably to minimize water from splashing outside the shower area. However, it is virtually impossible to shower comfortably without holding the shower head the entire time. The kitchen had an unpleasant odour throughout the three nights of our stay. We were unable to identify the source until our final morning, when we discovered standing water inside the dishwasher. Since the unit operates similarly to an Airbnb and includes a cleaning fee, we would have expected basic maintenance checks to be performed. The stagnant water appeared to have been sitting there for quite some time. While the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, the provided amenities were minimal. We were given only one bath towel per person, with no face cloths, hand towels, paper towels, or facial tissues, all of which are commonly provided in comparable accommodations.

Un'ottima soluzione per la famiglia. Positive: La casa era molto spaziosa. Cucina abitabile e ben equipaggiata. La camera da letto in posizione interna era ben isolata dal rumore della strada. In salone I doppi vetri attutivano il rumore dall'esterno. Il divano letto in salone non era comodissimo ma per i miei figli è andato bene sopratutto perché c'era un gran bel smart TV per rilassarsi la sera. La posizione è fantastica, ben collegato e con tanto locali anche nello stesso isolato. Parcheggio lontano a piedi ma vicinissimo col tram, facilmente raggiungibile e supercomodo. In prossimità dell'appartamento si può anche lasciare la macchina con parcheggio a pagamento. Il wc con doccino esterno alle camere è stato molto utile. La comunicazione con lo staff in assistenza è stata sempre tempestiva e soddisfacente, li ringrazio. Negative: Pensavo di trovare l'aria condizionata ma in realtà c'e una unità mobile con tubo da mettere fuori alla finestra, diciamo che è utile se si è disperati per il caldo, noi siamo stati in agosto. Per fortuna il clima è cambiato e lo abbiamo dovuto usare poco, la finestra è alta e quindi se si apre per far uscire il tubo il fresco in parte se ne va. C'è una bella vasca ma bisogna fare la doccia stando seduti e forse bisognerebbe migliorare il sistema di protezione dagli schizzi perché è facile bagnare il pavimento fuori.
